What we keep, and what we never touch.
Your birth data
Your birth date, time, and timezone are processed entirely in your browser. The chart is cast on your device. If you request a generated written reading, the calculated chart is sent to our report service, processed, and discarded after the response is generated. Generated reports are not added to a user profile.
If you join the author’s queue
Joining the queue is optional. We store only what you submit in that form: your chosen name, reply channel, contact detail, topic, one question, and any chart context visibly shown before submission. The information is used only to reply to that request. When the author marks a request complete, its private details are removed and only a non-identifying completion record remains for the truthful queue count. You may request deletion before then.
What your browser stores
A few small things may live in your browser’s local storage, and never leave it: your interface preferences and any unfinished local experience state. Clear your browser storage and they are gone. These are conveniences, not profiles.
Cookies & tracking
At launch we use no advertising cookies and no third-party behavioural trackers. All fonts and core assets are served from our own domain. If advertising is enabled, this notice will be updated before activation. Where consent is required, a consent panel will appear before non-essential advertising cookies load. We will not send birth details, chart contents, generated readings, queue questions or contact details to advertising providers for personalisation.
Advertising and analytics
MUQING may later use Google AdSense or privacy-preserving traffic measurement to fund the free tools. Advertising will be visibly separated from chart controls and results. Advertising providers may process device information, IP address and cookies according to the consent choices available in your region. When advertising is active, links to the provider list and consent settings will be provided here.
Your rights (GDPR)
We do not create a server-side behavioral profile. You can clear device-local preferences through your browser. If you joined the reading queue, use the same contact channel and quote your queue number to request access, correction or deletion. The author will remove the matching queue entry.

They are entertainment and cultural content — not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and they make no guarantees about the future. If you are facing decisions about health, money, or law, the right reader is a licensed professional, not a birth chart.
