A tool for reflection, not authority.

Effective 2 September 2026. By using MUQING, you agree to the following plain-language terms.

Free cultural tools

MUQING provides Four Pillars, Zi Wei Dou Shu, compatibility, almanac and I Ching material for cultural exploration, reflection and entertainment. Results are not professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice and are not guarantees of events or outcomes.

Your choices remain yours

Do not use a reading as the sole basis for a consequential decision. You are responsible for the information you enter and how you use the result. Users must be at least 18 years old to submit a private question to the author.

Acceptable use

Do not automate excessive requests, interfere with the service, attempt to obtain server keys, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or submit someone else’s private information without permission. We may rate-limit or reject abusive traffic to keep the free tools available.

Author queue

Joining the queue is optional and does not guarantee a response time or a particular conclusion. Requests are handled in received order. Paid services state their price and scope on their own pages before you pay; paying means you agree to that scope.

Availability and sources

We work to keep calculations stable and test important calendar cases, but no software is error-free. Features may change, pause or be corrected. Third-party calendar components remain subject to their own licences, included with the site source.

Advertising

MUQING may display clearly labelled third-party advertising to fund free access. Advertisers do not influence chart results. We do not send birth-chart inputs, generated readings or author-queue questions to advertisers for ad personalisation.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through PayPal — by card or PayPal balance, in US dollars. We never see or store your card number. Never send card numbers in chat or email; anyone asking for them is not us.

Returns & refunds

Made-to-order pieces (bracelets sized and finished after you order, hand-finished carvings and clusters) are non-refundable once crafting has begun, because each is made for you alone. The $99 full reading is a personal service: it is non-refundable once delivered, and fully refundable if we have not started it yet. Cancel a physical order before crafting begins and you receive a full refund. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, send us a photo and the tracking number and we will replace it or refund you. To request a return or refund, message us on WhatsApp or email jiaguo0726@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. If something feels wrong with a charge, talk to us first — we would rather fix it than meet in a dispute.
